Solar fountain Pump, LED Circle Garden Solar Water Pump Solar Powered Water Pump, Floating Fountain Pump for Birdbaths or Ponds

Ordered this for use in our bird bath, but it wouldn't work at all. We switched it to deeper water and it began to work of a fashion - as other reviews confirm, it ran for a little while, then gave pathetic intermittent spurts and then it would stop working - and after a few days of pathetic inconsistent performance, the pump stopped working completely!We ordered another solar pump from a different seller and this one worked really well. So we applied for a refund for the first pump, which was still not working at all. The seller refused to accept return, claiming that shipping costs were too expensive. Instead they offered a discount on future purchases, provided we sent photographic evidence that the pump didn't work! So we sent the evidence and asked again for a refund, but all they offered was an increased discount on future purchases - even though we made it clear that we would never buy from them again. Eventually we threatened to file an a-z claim with amazon and, only then did the seller promise to process a refund - but this never materialised in the promised timescale. So we proceeded to actually file an a-z claim and, four months after ordering, we finally received our refund!
