It's thick it doesn't slide around on my wooden floor. The size if perfect for me I'm 5'9 220 lbs. For now 5 stars lets see how it holds up I will be using it a few days a week for stretching and myofascial release using a lacrosse ball. I'm not sure now durable the bag will be for taking to the gym or else where. I purchased it for home use that's why I went with the 6' x 4'. If thing fails a few months I will update this review.What do I have to do to receive the extended one year warranty?

I like to do yoga with my girl together. Found this larger yoga/exercise mat and decided to give it a try. The mat is thick enough for us doing yoga or dancing for my daughter. The quality is better than I expected. Easy to clean. The only part I don’t like is its odor. However I was told by the seller that the odor will disappear after several days in open space.

Excellent mat.This mat is much larger than the standard mat I bought before. So often when I am doing yoga and it Pilates my partner or children will want to join and this leaves room for them to do so. It is perfect for my at home practice.Very supportive of my moves. The mat cushions high impact and is great for low impact, and the glove given by the seller also comes in handy too，tks！

I got this mat because when I do yoga, I’m always coming off the mat. Maybe I’m just an active yogi haha, but this mat has replaced my old mat and it is durable, good quality, comfortable on my feet and gives me plenty of room to really STRETCH! It arrived quickly and came with a great carrying case to keep it protected when it’s rolled up. I would 100% recommend it to anyone who practices yoga or likes to stretch at all. I will never use a regular sized yoga mat again!

I have been looking for an oversize mat for a while for my home gym exercise area. I was using the standard yoga mat before but then now I always exercise together with my husband so a bigger mat is a much need. The package comes pretty quick and well packed. At first, I didn't know what it was since they have it in a long thin box until I open it. Because of that, the mat comes without any wrinkles or anything like that on it. It does have the smell of plastic but it goes away after some days. The seller is nice enough to include some gloves in there for me. I like the mat so far and it seems durable. I will update my review if there are any changes with it in the future.

We used to have a small mat for yoga practice but it was not enough. This one seems a better deal. The material is great, comfortable and durable, the size is perfect for my family's activities such as yoga, workout, dance. My daughter really loves it for her gymnastic exercise.That is a great deal, highly recommend.

I bought this mat because my regular yoga mat is just too "small", so I figured I would get a bigger mat. Not only do I use this now for my stretching and and any other type of floor work exercise, but I realized that it is also good for sleeping on it, if you like to sleep on hard surfaces, which I do. I recommended it to my mom, because she's always liked to sleep on the floor.

I'm 6ft 150 lbs and bony. Claims its extra thick, the padding works for elbows but after about 10 seconds holding the same position, its hurting my elbow so I need to readjust. sort of annoying. It will fit me in my widest stance, but I have to be corner-to-corner. The mat doesn't slide but it will bunch up a bit if you're really pushing on it (like I do for some stretches). Has not ripped yet, easily moveable to clean under. Overall, worth the price. Comes with the straps for rolling and the bag. Smells like new product but diffuses, not overwhelming.
