So I learned recently that by wearing one of these bands whilst doing your squats can basically intensify the workout.I'm not even sure if that's the right way to describe it.However basically 1 quat with a resistance band is equal to 5 free form squats.It helps engage the right muscles and works them harder. Giving faster, better results.You don't need to tell me twice. Not sure if I'm being lazy but I feel like 6 squats is now equivalent to 30,Before the bands I did 30. Now I'm doing 10 to be on the safe side.I can definitely feel it working the muscle harder than it did before. Time will tell if it makes a real difference.However the bands are pretty versatile and can be conbined with the stretchy bright elasticity plastic ones to do so many different workouts.I am however no expert and I'm just basically listening to what I'm being told on YouTube and Instagram.

Great versatility of product, 3 varying sizes. Great for creating hip tension during squatting and other lifts.Lacking strength (too stretching) when using for abductor exercises to work the glutes.

Thick fabric elastic bands that are good for exercise. I thought they would be all the same size with different resistance but they are different lengths to determine the level of resistance. Good colours as a lot of similar products only advertise pinks and purples. I have a feeling they might stretch over time but worth the value for money

Bought these for my partner to help with her lockdown workout routine. She tells me they're as good as any that she's used before and they don't roll up like others she's tried. The seem to be high quality and i'm sure they will last a long time. Can't really complain for the price point!

These do work, however I find that they do not provide enough resistance - only the smallest band is any use for me. Also they do slip... but have kept me going through lockdown..

Arrived early and good quality.These do not fold or twist about. Within the first week I've already got used to the strongest band so I am buying another set and will double the band up

They seem good quality but the resistance is not good enough, it is not challenging enough for me. This is best for a beginner at most.

La consegna è arrivata puntuale in un solo giorno come da priorità Prime.Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo. Personalmente ho acquistato queste fasce durante un periodo di sconti, potendovi applicare anche un ulteriore coupon di 2€ in meno, per un totale di poco più 7€, fantastico!Le fasce sono piuttosto spesse e dunque resistenti, sono di stoffa e hanno tre colori diversi ben distinguibili, per abituarsi subito a colpo d'occhio a prendere quella di cui si ha necessità.Per adesso la resistenza mi sembra molto buona, le cuciture sono perfette e non ho trovato neanche un difetto di fabbrica.Le fasce, essendo di stoffa e robuste anche grazie alle cuciture, non si arrotolano minimamente come quelle di plastica. Io le uso a pelle, allenandomi in calzoncini corti, ma l'attrito è ottimo e non scivolano mai giù. Tuttavia immagino che stoffa contro stoffa sia ancora meglio!Allego delle foto e alcune con misurazione a centimetro da sarta così da aiutare a farsi un'ulteriore idea del prodotto prima dell'acquisto.Per ora confermo che è tutto perfetto, perciò non posso non consigliare l'acquisto!

Die Bänder machen einen sehr guten Eindruck und wirken schön stabil. Die Farben gefallen mir sehr gut und die Unterschiede zwischen den drei Stärken sind beim Training sehr gut zu spüren, sodass man mit diesen Bändern gut die Intensität erhöhen kann. Wenn einem die stärkste Variante zu leicht geht, kann man auch bequem zwei bänder 'übereinander' ziehen, wodurch sich der Widerstand noch etwas erhöht.Da die Bänder aus Textil und dazu noch recht breit sind, sitzen sie sehr angenehm und schnüren nicht so unangenehm ein, wie ich es bei Kunststoff(?)-Bändern bisher immer hatte. Außerdem rollen sie sich bei starkem Zug nicht ein, wodurch sich das Training damit sehr angenehm gestaltet.Insgesamt bin ich auch nach einigen Trainingseinheiten sehr zufrieden mit den Bändern und kann sie nur weiter empfehlen.

Commande arrivée très rapidement. Envoie soigneux, chaque bandes emballée dans un petit sac plastic. 3 tailles différentes. Mon souhait c'était d’avoir les bandes de qualité et ne pas en caoutchouc - je suis servie!!! Je recommande!

Di stoffa elastica spesse, sembrano resistenti.Fornite in un comodo sacchettino di plastica traforata, di colori diversi ben distinguibili, avrei apprezzato maggiore differenza di resistenza tra le fasce.
