I really feel this supplement gives me more energy and stamina!I work 10+ hours a day, and when I get home I now have energy to cook my family dinner and don't fall asleep the minute I sit down. Before taking these, I wouldn't have much energy or brain power after working a long day. Once I planted my butt in my recliner, I was out like a light. I'm in my early forties and I'm in good-shape, and very thin. I eat relatively well, but I just didn't have enough energy to get through my day, I do now!
