Nicki TrenchCrocheted Scarves and Cowls: 35 colorful and contemporary crochet patterns

This is a very nice addition to my crochet book collection. There is a good variety of patterns for all yarn sizes and crochet experience. There are a few patterns that I have seen on the internet for free or that have been around for awhile such as the granny square scarf, but overall the patterns were of a nice design and ones that I would make for myself or others. There was also a good variety of classic scarves and more adventurous scarves for when you want to draw attention to your crochet skills! Overall this book is quite enjoyable and one that I'm glad I purchased.

This is an excellent book with great directions for how to complete many beautiful projects even if you are just learning to crochet. The pictures are very enticing to make you want to get started right away.

I just received this book today and I loved looking through it. The scarves are a variety of styles and a variety of techniques including incorporating beads, which I love to do. I can't wait to sit down and start some of these. I enjoy doing scarves because they are often quick and a great way to learn a new technique try out a new yarn. This is the best book of scarf patterns I've seen in years.

This book has some cool patterns that aren't overly difficult. I haven't crocheted in years and with the clear, concise directions I was able to pick it up again easily. My only complaint is the type of yarn suggested. It's beautiful, but crazy expensive. I did find some other yarn that is also lovely, expensive but not as much, and I've had to augment the pattern to accommodate the yarn. Your end result will be lovely but will probably cost more than if you bought it if you use high quality yarn. Mine is, even using some that is a bit less expensive.

This has to be on my favorite crochet pattern book. Love the designs and easy to read directions.The color suggestions are really nice.I have made quite a few scarfs out of this book,also incorporates the stitches into my own design.I am a beginner crocheted.

I love this book. There are so many beautiful scarves and cowls to choose from. All of the items are modern and well designed.
