I recently found out that I'm prediabetic and I needed to start making changes to my diet. I've been eating mostly paleo since the diagnosis and YES Bars are my go to midday snack. I love the chewiness of the cherries and the crunch of the nuts all with a hint of mocha. It tides me over and doesn't spike my blood sugar. The cayenne isn't spicy, it just gives the chocolate in the bar that oomph that's so satisfying now that I've had to cut cookies out of my diet.

I'd always say YES to these bars. Perfectly delicious and healthy. Definitely not your average bar - the price reflects the quality.

These are delicious! I've tried all the flavors, and they are all good, but this one is my favorite. I love that they are made of all ingredients that I can pronounce. I will definitely be ordering these on a regular basis.

Had these at our hotel coffee shop in Vegas. Found them on Amazon and love love! The mocha cayenne is dreamy, such a healthy treat!
