Q: Is this mixture ready to go or does it need diluting. I'm going to use it as a knosti machine fluid alternative

Yes it can be used for hand cleaning, preferably with a brush and then wipe dry with a micro fibre cloth. I now use, and strongly recommend, the Wetgoat brush, specifically intended for record cleaning and available from Amazon or Tonar direct
