Zz's melatonin gummies
They taste great my two-year-old takes two and my three year old takes four because he's super hyperactive and they seem to work as little as 15 to 20 minutes most times. But they will stop working after a while so you would have to spread them out over time

Very effective putting to sleep, just doesn't last long.
Puts me to sleep fast but just doesn't keep me asleep. I wake up literally every hour.
