ZWILLING Spirit Energy + 8-inch Stainless Steel Ceramic Nonstick Fry Pan

I bought this for eggs and I was not disappointed. It’s better than Teflon without all the chemicals that leach into the food. I’m going to buy a larger frying pan next.

These Zwilling nonstick pans are made of a heavy stainless-steel alloy, not softer aluminum like many other pans. Consequently, the metal is more resistant to scratches. I found the nonstick surface to be an average performer from a 'slip and slide' standpoint. However, I have been using these pans for a couple months and their nonstick surface is indeed very resilient as the manufacturer claims - I see no stuffs or scratches whatsoever. Although the manufacturer states they are safe to use with metal utensils, I didn't attempt this. I always use plastic or silicone utensils with these pans. And I carefully handwash them to they will last longer. This is in stark contrast with other, regular brand-name pans I purchased last year: despite using plastic utensils and handwashing, after 2 months their surface surprising looked all scratched and had lost much of their non-stick properties. Thus, so far, I'm very pleased with the performance of these Zwilling pans. A nice set.

Have been using these pans a few years. Bought these to replace some older ones of the same type. They heat very well the non stick is great love it for my induction range.

Nonstick, no chemicals. I use it twice or more daily, it’s my kitchen workhorse! Had bought many Henckels 3-packs from Costco and loved them, but this coating on the pan is better. Worth every penny.

Use it first time cooking eggs then pancakes works flawlesly, nice finish
