Bee careful what you eat.....
This is a basic everyday honey, no more, no less.I have more jars of honey than is good for me and living in London I thought I ought to see what the bees had to offer here. I should add that I have been a beekeeper in tbe past and my SE London bees produced really beautiful honey. But bees are a bit like a computer - feed in rubbish and rubbish comes out the end. The flowers available to my stripey friends was Lavender, apple, pear, plum and cherry blossom so a real 'headey' cocktail that produced really special honey. That said most people do not have the luxury and assurance of good quality when we shop on line as we have no idea where the bees have been feeding. So I would suggest that honey that originates from a huge conurbation like London is likely to be totally different from one batch to another and this too may change one year to the next depending on what the little blighters have feasted on at any particular point in time. This may or may not be helpful but it is a scientific 'fact of life' and may help to explain the difficulties in quality control of such a product.Would I buy it again? Maybe once more to see if my theory is correct.

Very Particular Flavour
This honey was nice enough, but very distinctive in its flavour. I don't know how to describe it. But it's not generic -- so either you like it or you don't. I'm ambivalent. I don't mind it, but it's hard to use in anything else for me

Enjoying a hay fever free summer for once :-)
I’ve suffered with hay fever all my life and had had more or less just accepted that it was something I had to live with, until a close friend told me about her dad giving her local honey as a kid as she too was a hay fever suffer. Of course, I was pretty sceptical but decided to give it a try and to my surprise within 24-48 hours I had stopped sneezing, my nose had stopped running and my eyes were no longer red and itching. Everyone is different, but it has honestly been a bit of a revelation for me; I hope it works just as well for you.

Love it
You can smell and taste its quality... it does crystalise but 10 mins in a pot of hot water sorts it out... i put mine on the radiator

Love the honey
Love the honey. I have 1/2 teaspoon in my porridge every day. It’s not as sweet and cheaper processed honey much much nicer.I like to support small start up businesses as much as I can. I will definitely re order
