accidentally bought wrong size, have to send back and get bigger size, got wide toes....

I would suggest getting 1 size larger, fits too small&a very narrow fit.

I didn't know they were going to be so stiff and the first night I wore them I had to go home early because the heels got major blisters. I've never had problems like this before with any boot. How can I make them softer??

They fit perfectly. I was worried at first, since I have wide feet, that they would not fit properly. They’re great! The materials are strong, and they’re perfectly cushioned inside. Highly recommended!

I have very wide feet with painfully high arches and arthritis in my toe joints. I bought a size too large, removed the foot bed that came with them, put in my prescription supports, and I can walk all day. Plus, they’re super cute. (Note - this model does not have a side zipper, so you do actually have to tie them up or loosen the ties every time you take them on and off)
