Cozy Fleece Wrap Shawl with Large Front Pockets - Keeps Hands and Shoulders Warm During Cold Winter Season

Just wanted an inexpensive little wrap for sitting around the house as a gift for a friend, but I could not give this as a gift. Looks nothing like the soft, full, fluffy image I saw on Amazon. It is a cheap, flimsy, thin, synthetic material and crudely made. Looks disposable. I wasn't expecting a pashmina at this price, but I trusted the image. Nevertheless it arrived on time as promised. Unfortunately the promise of the image does not match the actual shawl.

I have already written a review for this piece of crap that meets none of my expectations and doesn’t even qualify as a shawl. I would give it a minus 5 stars if I had that choice.

Two years ago I had bought a very similar wrap for a friend undergoing cancer treatment and it was just perfect for her. I ordered this one for another friend who had open heart surgery in hopes it was the same one. It isn't. This wrap is not is not as ample in size as it is pictured - or as nice of a fabric as the first one I ordered - but it does have the pockets that that are very handy, as did the previous one I purchased.I think these throw are really great for patients who must sit in bed or in a chair for quite some time. It keeps the chill off but they don't have to sit on it. It isn't a blanket that can be difficult to maneuver around shoulders and arms. A patient or a very observant caretaker must have designed these throws originally. They make patients smile and feel comfy. This one is priced really well but I would pay more for one that is a step or two up in quality.

I purchased this for my 86 year-old grandmother to use when she sits on the couch/walks around the house. She likes to watch TV with a throw on her lap and feet, but her shoulders always get cold, so I thought this was perfect. The product is a very thin fleece that is just cut into a rectangular shape, thatch-sewn around the edges with a pocket on each side. This was supposed to be a birthday gift, but now I feel like I need to get her a couple of other things to go with it because it feels so flimsy. Very disappointed, but I will post an update after she receives the gift later this month and let you know what she thinks.

This is a very light almost felt material...and is almost too short. I cant comfortably put my hands in it and the material is so light that it doesn't hang or drape heavy enough to stay in place...comes right off my shoulders. I won't fight to wear it.

Ordered two of these wrap shawls and have to say I was disappointed. The material is nice and soft, but there is not enough of it. It barely covers the tops of my shoulders and does not look like the picture. I'm constantly pulling and tugging at it. Also, I can barely put my hands in the pockets and it's uncomfortable to do so. Would not recommend.

I was extremely disappointed in this item. It is too small even for my small frame and the flannel is very thin. The pockets are entirely too small. Considering the lack of quality, it is grossly over priced--even if they gave it away, I would refuse it.

It's nice to throw on during these brisk mornings that turn into humid afternoons when you need a little extra warmth but you don't want a full set of other layers nor to carry around a cardigan or coat all day. And of course, just to lounge around the house. The pockets are quite large. The material is so-so but that's made it a bit of a bonus. . . it's easy to toss on to go out and collect a few eggs, make a run to the post or use as a spare towel in a pinch. Not bad for the price.
