At first i thought it was just one pair. I just needed to seperate them. I cut one pair to fit and within one hour the pain in my ankle had eased up. I really like them.

Love this product! I HAVE TO wear orthotics in my shoes due to plantar fasciitis and heel spurs. I have much pain in my feet when I don't wear them. I actually purchased this two pair set for my hubby who has back pain and figured I'd try a set for myself. They can feel a little uncomfortable at first because of the knobs sticking in your feet, but that's only at first. Pretty soon I don't even realize I'm wearing them! And when I get home and take off my shoes, my feet don't hurt. Even my nightly shin pain has evaporated. On the down side, because the material is made out of straight plastic it does make my feet and shoes smelly. So far I've just sprayed some enzyme solution into them and it's helped with the smell. This has opened up my world as to the type of shoes I can wear again. Thanks!

Reviews were mixed for this product, but I decided to give them a try. I received the insoles and cut them down to proper size. I placed the insoles in my steel toed work boots. I had hoped that these would help with foot and back pain. They were extremely uncomfortable from the moment I put on my work boots. The plastic nubs and steel magnets grind into your foot. The first day I wore them for 4 hours before having to stop work and remove them. I thought I would try again the following day thinking that perhaps your feet need to adjust to them. I wore the insoles for 4 days, each day having to remove them in less time than the day before. I wear thick work socks, but that didn’t seem to make a difference. By the end of 4 days of trial, my feet were hurting terribly. The steel magnets actually bruised my feet. Despite my best efforts to give this product a chance, this product is a fail. Don’t waste your time or money.

ComfortabilityThe first time I used it, it felt awkward a bit poking but as I kept using it during the day it felt as if it is nothing, it adjusted to my feet while walking. Well it all depends on how sensitive your feet. Most likely it will adjust as you use it even more2. Range of sizeFor the cutting, it can accomodate most foot sizes for average adult, male or female. But the edge of this product sometimes does jot hit the right part of your foot, depending on the shie pad you have. But it still feel comfortable.3. Daily useI cannot say about if it has improved my health in some way but relaxes me sometimes, even playing the bumps of the product with my toes. Also I advise to not use this if you are on the go person because you have to really settle your foot first so that the product will not move while putting your feet inside the shoe.

Ignore the fake "magnetic" stuff (magnets do NOT affect your body) and the woo-woo mysticism. I saw the video of the elderly gymnast, and decided to give it a try. Literally within seconds of stepping on them, my feet, ankles and knees felt significantly better! I've had injuries for years, and now plantar fasciitis -- but these inserts are amazing. I have them in my work shoes and the tennis shoes for running around the house. I'm giving them out as Christmas presents, because they WORK! No woo-woo, but really an end to the pain as long as I'm wearing them, and for almost an hour afterwards. Great product. (They could eliminate the magnets and save money, because magnets aren't doing anything.)

I usually use insoles made to help with plantar fasciitis on a day to day basis for an eight hour shift on a concrete floor and my feet and legs are fine at the end of the day. But lately I have had a lot of foot pain and some leg fatigue at the end of a workday. I was pretty skeptical that these would have any effect at all. But these have actually helped when I wear them after work for a bit while cooking or running kids around after school, and for a couple hours out shopping. I have not worn them for an entire work shift for fear that the little nubs will actually start to hurt more than help after a couple hours, but the shorter times I have worn them before or after have helped immensely.I did take a star away because these look like they were initially cut out by a kindergartener, especially in the arch section. They were way too wide for any of my shoes so there was quite a bit to trim off the sides, and the guides for cutting the toe end off seemed to be a bit off too.Overall I am satisfied with my purchase. I got what I was expecting for the price I paid.

I got 2 pair and 1 of the right inserts are missing their little buttons. I didn't realize it until I had already cut it to fit my shoe!!
