LOVE these! They keep my arthritic knees warm so I can hike in the mountains. I’ve even slept in them. THEY DON’T FALL DOWN! There is enough elastic to keep them snug on your knees without having to pull them up. I used to use Heat Holders which are probably a tad warmer, but they had a nagging habit of sliding down my legs. These stay put, but not so tight they are uncomfortable. I’m buying MORE!

Bought two pair.Perfect !Bicycled about seven miles with these on under my jeans in 59 degrees, stopped and stood to take photos twice, walked around ...NO SLIPPAGE !They did not creep up.They did not creep down.Unbelievably warm.My arthritic knees are in love with these things !I am buying two more pair right now.

Fits well you forget you have them on. Keeps my knees nice and warm reducing pain from osteoarthritis.

These started out comfy, but after (cold) washing, they must have shrunk a bit. After a couple nights, I got a pressure sore in the crease of my knee, I'm in a wheelchair, which might have been a factor. Had to return.

These are wonderful. I use them on my calves as leg-warmers. They fit over my knees, but I prefer the warmth between my ankles & bottom of knees. I'm buying a 2nd pair - that's how much I love them.
