Planters
Great product, just want I wanted , I bought the feet for these from get potted website we have just had our garden landscape and thought these would be perfect , although it was free delivery they could not deliver them when promised due to staff shortages so we collected them from our local depot I think we might be buying some more , they have plenty drainage holes and look very sturdy I cannot wait to get them potted up ,

Great
These are fab , and great value. I used them for floral displays down a chapel aisle in a wedding with chicken wire. They’re great and solid

Bought 6 units, 3 cracked in 3 years
Nice and sturdy, however they tend to crack after a few years, which is a shame as it does affect their appearance when the split along the length of the unit. I think I’ll rotate them on the hope that rear side remain split free

damaged and expensive to return
This planter arrived with 3/4 of the rim broken off, leaving a jagged edge. To return it, I have to pay the cost. This is not small or lightweight, so it is going to be expensive to return a damaged product. Not happy. AN EDIT: I contacted customer services and they asked for photos of the damage, which I sent, & they offered to refund or replace the item without me having to return it. They were quick and efficient in terms of the messaging. I don't know what the replacement will be like or if it wears well, but the customer service I received was good.
